Your enquiry
We process your name, email address, optional phone number and project details to handle your enquiry. Fleet enquiries also include your company name, vehicle count and, where supplied, annual mileage. The details are stored in Leasify’s protected enquiry inbox. They are not automatically shared with banks or dealers.
Pre-contractual enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business communications and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The form cannot be processed without the marked mandatory details. You can also contact us by phone or email.
Website and sign-in
This website is provided through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Technical delivery and security involve processing the IP address, requested URL and technical connection data, among other information. Customers do not need a ChatGPT account to enquire. If you choose to sign in to the dealer portal, the website receives an account identifier, your email address and, where available, your name.
The dealer profile is linked to the signed-in account. Your company name, location and published vehicle details and photos are publicly visible. The website itself does not embed advertising pixels, external fonts or analytics software.
The services may also process data outside the European Economic Area. The technical providers’ information on processing, recipients and transfer grounds is available here:
Application and team management
In the protected application area we process customer and vehicle details, financing requirements, necessary documents, messages and progress information. Dealers see only their own applications and shared responses. Authorised staff process submitted applications; internal notes and bank references are visible only to the team. Staff access and permission changes are logged. Bank submissions are recorded manually; the portal does not automatically transmit application data to banks. Dealers may only submit data with the appropriate authorisation and after informing the customer.
Existing partner portal
The existing partner and administration area continues to run in a separate system. Opening that portal takes you to the previous Leasify application. Its data-processing information applies to activities carried out there.
Retention period
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any subsequent business relationship. Statutory retention requirements remain applicable. Please contact us to request a deletion review. Dealers can remove their own vehicle listings in the portal.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent with effect for the future. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

No automated credit decision
The website does not make automated decisions about your creditworthiness. Please do not submit identity document copies, bank documents or creditworthiness evidence through the enquiry forms.
